If you have special needs concerning hotel, conference etc., please contact our local arrangements organizer, Barbara Arrer barbara@aib.uni-linz.ac.at
Please also keep us informed if there is specific local information you would like to see here.

Food
Please tell us if you are vegetarian, if you need a special diet, etc.

Conference talks
We could for example offer the following services if needed:

• sign interpreter (only international sign language available!)
• induction loops for people with hearing impairments

University campus
We could also organize the following:

• a permission to enter the university campus by car for people with a mobility impairment
• a daily transport from the hotel to the university (at your own expense)
• tactile plans of the university campus
