ICCHP wants to foster the know-how transfer and the interdisciplinary discussion. Also those who do not work in research and development of IT directly are invited to take part.

Meeting Rules

In order to give an incentive for taking part ICCHP encourages groups like associations, project consorita and any other group interrested in IT for people with special needs ICCHP provides

meeting rooms during the conference FOR FREE- of course evening meetings as well meetings during the pre-conference are recommended; if necessary meetings will also be made possible before or after the conference
all standard facilities for meetings (flip chart, Internet access, overhead, projector, ...) FOR FREE
a SPECIAL DISCOUNT on the conference fee (for authors and non authors):
Participants in a meeting with 5 -10 participants get a discount of 10 €
Participants in a meeting with 11 - 15 participants get a discount of 15 €
Participants in a meeting with 16 or more participants get a discount of 20 €
(For basic conference fees please refer on the acording WWW page, section conference fees. For those taking part in two or more meetings only one discount can be made.)
a special area in the exhibition for a presentation of the group FOR FREE (see the Call for Exhibitors)
room for running seminars or presentation events FOR FREE (see the Call for Exhibitors)
special facilities like drinks or buffet can be arranged; for detailed information on services and prices please get in contact with the conference office

All you have to do is:

The meeting chair has to announce the meeting to the ICCHP office and to provide a list of expected participants. This list can be extended by the chair later on.
Participants have to register for the conference following the standard registration procedure. Please ask for the discount at the registration desk. (If some participants in the meeting do not want to or are not able to take part in the rest of ICCHP please get in contact with the conference office).
Please make sure that participants register early to make use of lower participation fees.
Please make sure to register early to make use of the limited number of cheap hotel rooms reserved for ICCHP.
