Sponsoring ICCHP 2004

The ICCHP will provide a high quality conference to 400 participants coming from all around the world thanks to the help of generous sponsors.

Premium Sponsors offer 5000 euros or more for supporting the conference. Gold Sponsors offer between 3000 and 5000 euros for supporting the conference. But any Sponsor is welcome starting with a financial support of 1000 euros.

All the sponsors are listed in the exhibitors' program, distributed to all the participants. Their logos are displayed on the sponsors' banner located in the welcome area of the conference. Also, sponsors will be listed in a special partners' page in the ICCHP Web site for free. This page will link into the sponsors' home page . Sponsors also have access to the exhibition area to present their products. Gold and Premium sponsors benefit from special advantages:

Gold sponsors
Throughout the ICCHP event (3 days), a stand in the exhibition area is at the disposal of Gold Sponsors to present their products and projects. Each Gold Sponsors is provided with a 8 m² stand with tables and boards to hang posters. In addition, a fast Internet connection (wireless or not) is provided. Other material must be brought by exhibitors.
Gold Sponsors will also be mentioned in the final ICCHP proceedings book published by Springer.

Premium sponsors
The exhibition conditions mentioned for Gold Sponsors will be offered to Premium Sponsors. In addition, ICCHP invites Premium Sponsors to run introductory seminars and product presentations. Special evening sessions and pre-conference sessions are recommended for this purpose. If possible, such seminars will be integrated into the conference tracks. The events will be listed in the conference program. Facilities to organize representative events (presentation tools, computer room with 18 workstations, amphitheater with a capacity of 120 persons …) can be organized.
Premium Sponsors’ logo will be highlighted on the sponsors' banner located in the welcome area of the conference.
Premium Sponsors’ leaflets will be enclosed in the conference bags distributed to all participants.

Exhibition Area
An exhibition area is at the disposal of ICCHP 2004 sponsors. This area will take place at the ground floor of the conference building, next to the conference rooms and the coffee break area. This place is particularly propitious to meetings and discussions for the conference participants.
