Register your meeting AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to make sure that that all facilities can be made available!

• In order to give an incentive for taking part, ICCHP encourages groups like associations, project consorita and any other group interested in IT for people with special needs to schedule a meeting, seminar or product presentation at the conference location.
  
• ICCHP provides meeting rooms during the conference FOR FREE - evening meetings as well meetings during the pre-conference are recommended; if necessary, meetings will also be made possible before or after the conference. All standard facilities for meetings (flip chart, overhead projector, beamer, ...) will also be provided for free.
• Special facilities like drinks or buffet can be arranged at a fair price.

• The meeting chair has to announce the meeting to the conference office and provide a list of expected participants. This list can be extended by the chair later on.
  
• Participants have to register for the conference following the standard registration procedure. (Exceptions are possible for people attending the meeting only. Please contact the conference office.)
