Papers (8 pages) and short papers (4 pages) will be presented and discussed in time slots of 20 - 30 minutes (papers) or 10 - 20 minutes (short papers). Authors to the general conference as well as to a STS are asked to submit an extended abstract (2 - 4 pages) not later than January 25, 2004.

NOTE: Abstracts can be submitted in rtf-, pdf- of doc-format. They do not have to follow the guidelines by Springer yet.
