Payment will be possible with credit card and bank transfer.
Money transfer costs have to be covered by participants.
Cancellation:
If participation is cancelled between May 1 and June 20, a cancellation fee of 20 percent of the fee will be charged.
After June 20, no cancellation is possible, the whole amount will be charged.
Examples:
- If you are an author having only one paper (full or short paper), you have to pay the "general author fee" of EUR 450.
- If you are an author having a full and a short paper, you have to pay the "general author fee" for your first paper (the full paper) and the fee for the "second and following short paper" for your second paper (the short paper).
The price results in EUR 450 + EUR 100 = EUR 550. - If you are an author having three short papers, you have to pay the "general author fee" for your first paper and twice the fee for the "second and following short paper".
The price results in EUR 450 + 2 * EUR 100 = EUR 650. - If you are a participant registering on May 2, you have to pay the "Participant's general registration fee" of EUR 350.
