eAccessibility is a key area for the societal, political and technical development. This reflects the fact that "equality" in the sense of equal access ot society more and more depends on "e-Quality": the quality of systems and services in the information society in terms of accessibility and usability for all.
"equality = e-Quality" has been the motto of ICCHP 2004 and 2006. And in fact over the last years considerable efforts have been spent on R&D related to quality control and improvement of accessibility.
This STS wants to stress this issue and invites experts, projects, researchers to present their work related to the topic of improvement and control of the quality of accessibility of Web systems and services.
