Just in time to celebrate the 21th anniversary of the idea ICCHP, the "International Conference on Computers Helping People with Special Needs" returns, after being held in Zurich, Karlsruhe, Budapest, Paris and Linz for the 5th time to Vienna.
More precisely: 1989, 21 years ago, the first event dealing with ICT and people with disabilities that should become nowadays ICCHP came to life at Vienna University of Technology, so let's get back and see what has happened during this past decades.
