Participation for students in the ICCHP Summer University as well as a follow-up participation of these students at ICCHP lectures and other open ICCHP events is free.
In appreciation for this offer by ICCHP we invite companies and sponsors to cover travel / accommodation costs for one or more students.
Companies / research organisations / projects / support or service centres for students / schools / teachers - can exhibit for free at ICCHP (normal participation fee for at least one participant required).
Students taking part are required to handle a Windows PC independently with their assistive technologies. Students are required to bring their equipment to the event.
ICCHP Summer University is a two-days event within the ICCHP Pre-Conference. While we do not charge any conference fee for the event, travel, accommodation and subsistence is expected to be paid and organised by the participants. Please note that we reserved a number of seats in a restaurant nearby for joint lunch breaks.
Please note: the number of participants is restricted. We do not accept more than 25 participants. The selection will be done on basis of a) priority for students and b) first in, first serve principle.
Notification for participation for students will be made soon after the application. Notification for teachers/experts will be made preliminary, subject to availability of places.
