Submission of ICCHP Forum Paper

PLEASE NOTE:
1) You don´t need to prepare and upload a contact form for ICCHP Forum contributions.
2) We will send out as soon as possible a specific "copyright form" for the Forum.

AT, eAccessibility and eInclusion are user, practice and service driven domains. Progress and success are very much based on the interaction with, contribution by and participation of all stakeholder groups (e.g. users, end user organizations, service providers, policy, administration, industry, NGOs). Every voice counts in the exchange on the impact of R&D on practice and in domains in need of creative and innovative R&D and co-operation.

ICCHP Forum 2020 consists of:

Service and Practice Forum

ICCHP strengthens exchange and co-operation between practice and R&D as a key asset for technical and social innovation. We invite interested authors coming from diverse domains to submit outlines of concept papers, models, reports, ideas, and position papers on topics related to digital inclusion. Accepted contributions will be part of the ICCHP presentation program (20 minutes including questions) or other formats such as workshops, tutorials, seminars, posters and product exhibition (subject to negotiation with contributors). This will support a creative and innovative program facilitating cross-sector interaction.

ICCHP invites interested participants to publish their outlines and papers in our 1st digital edition of the ICCHP open access compendium “Future Perspectives of AT, eAccessibility and eInclusion”.

Registration to ICCHP by at least one author per contribution is mandatory!

Step one: Abstracts of original, unpublished work
  • 1 – 3 pages
  • Deadline: May 15, 2020
  • Notification of Acceptance: June 10, 2020

Abstracts summarize the idea, position, product, service or application work:

  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font size: 12pt,
  • Single space
  • Margin: 2cm (top/bottom/left/right margin)
Step two: Final version and publication in the 1st digital edition of our ICCHP open access compendium “Future Perspectives of AT, eAccessibility and eInclusion”
  • 2 – 8 pages DIN A4 .doc or .docx including all pictures, graphs, charts, tables, sources, formulae and references
  • Guidelines and template:  (templates - just write your paper in this documents and replace the content) and  (Description and reference - in order to stay as accessible as possible from the very beginning, use captions and only use the built in templates for headings, descriptions and lists - no freestyle formatting!)
  • Provide us with an additional .pdf and - if possible, .html of your paper during upload!
  • Deadline final version: July 1, 2020
Step three: Presentation

Workshops, Tutorials and Seminars

ICCHP invites all registered conference participants to propose and conduct introductory workshops, tutorials and seminars throughout the conference. Workshops, tutorials and seminars are open and free for all registered ICCHP participants.
ICCHP provides basic facilities like rooms and WiFi for free, all other amenities and possible services are provided upon negotiation with and confirmation by ICCHP organizers, please get in touch with icchp(at)jku.at as soon as possible but no later than August 15, 2020.

Registration to ICCHP is mandatory to announce Workshops, Tutorials or Seminars!

An additional participation and handling fee will be assessed to participants in these workshops, seminars and tutorials who are not registered to ICCHP.

In your email proposal, please provide some basic information:

  • Name
  • Affiliation
  • Background, Experiences (short CV)
  • Title of workshop/seminar/tutorial
  • Description:
    • Idea
    • Goals
    • Target groups
    • Duration (3 or 6 hours)
    • Maximum number of participants
    • Evtly a website where you describe your workshop, tutorial or seminar in depth
  • Your needs in terms of room, infrastructure, materials, catering etc.
  • Deadline: August 15, 2020 - LATEST.
  • Proposals will be evaluated on a first come – first serve basis.

Registered ICCHP participants proposing workshops, tutorials and seminars are encouraged to submit an extended abstract for publication in the 1st digital edition of our ICCHP open access compendium “Future Perspectives of AT, eAccessibility and eInclusion”. Please follow the instructions under “Service and Practice Forum” above. The same submission deadlines apply (May 15, 2020 for Abstracts).

ICCHP Introductory Forum

ICCHP organizes an introductory forum featuring selected talks, tutorials and training sessions on topics of high interest to the conference. ICCHP invites you to propose topics and engaging speakers. Proposals should be emailed to icchp(at)jku.at as early as possible, and any case no later than May 15, 2020. Please indicate “Introductory Lectures” in your email subject!
