Lunches ICCHP week 2014

University Restaurant

The University Restaurant is located in the first floor of Building C (next left if you leave the conference building).
There is a lift for our guests in wheelchairs and / or with mobility constraints.

If you booked lunches for ICCHP 2014, you will get a voucher for every day of ICCHP 2014 main conference. Please take this voucher with you to get your lunch.

If you did not book the meals, you can buy your lunch directly at the university restaurant (in Euro and cash) for € 6,93 each (in most cases including a small baguette available at the cashier.

Important

  • There are no soups provided.
  • It is necessary to get a tray including cutlery at the entrance.
  • One meal consists of 1 main dish and 2 additional items (starter and/or dessert); you can choose between various starters and desserts. In case you want an additional item, this will be € 0,70 (payed at the cahier desk in cash) and drinks (excluding cooled tap water) are also not included.
  • Napkins are available at the cashier desk.
  • Glasses are available at the self service water fountains (after the cashier desk).
  • Water is for free and available at the blue self service fountains you have to pass after the cashier desk and before you reach the area to place yourself.
  • When leaving, the trays have to be returned (follow the sign "Dépose Plateau") by putting them on the "conveyor shelf" on your left hand side.
